Your registration was successfully received and the staff have been notified of your registration and will review your application to bid shortly. 

We MANUALLY approve all new bidders after reviewing each registration (to help prevent previous bad bidders, underage bidders, spam bots, bidders outside of Canada, etc…) so your account will not be active instantly however we will get it approved for you as soon as humanly possible.

We TRY to approve all new bidders within a few hours of registration. Our staff are notified by email as soon as a new bidder registers to bid and if we are free we approve the account within minutes.

During the auction close we do try to monitor new bidder registrations very closely.

Once you are approved to bid your account will be approved for all future auctions.  You simply need to keep your username and password so that you can log in and bid on future auctions.  We hold auctions every week and we love our regular bidders!

Thanks for registering, we suggest you have a look at the FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) and explore the site while you wait for us to approve, the site is full of information under the “Questions” menu you will find links for “things you should know” and “how to consign items” (If you wish to sell some stuff with us) we even have info on what is good or bad to sell.  Once your account is approved additional links will be available to you as well, for example if you sell with us a CONSIGNORS page will be added to show all your items and tell you when those items are paid for and picked up by the winning bidders, you will also see a BIDS AND STATUS page where it will summarize all the bids you have made in the current auction. A watchlist page will be added so you can follow a lot without bidding and a invoice page will also show up for after the auction closes.

If you have any questions we do use a online support ticket system (The blue icon at the bottom right of your screen) us this to contact us for any help or questions you may have.

VERY IMPORTANT INFO:

• If you bid check your INVOICE page on Monday to see if you won
• If you win you must pay for your items before SATURDAY at 3pm
• If you need shipping please let us know on Tuesdays
• If you are late paying for your items you will be invoices 10.00 for each lot
• Large items (Furniture for example) must be picked up before Saturday at 3pm
• If you buy a LARGE item bring sufficient help with you to load it
• We can store small items see info in the questions area
• All sales are ASIS you bid you bought it. You can preview the items by scheduling a preview time (Icon on side menu or bottom menu if your using a phone or small tablet).  The only EXCEPTION to this is if the consignor has described the item as WORKING or NEW then you have 24 hours to test the item and let us know if it is not working correct.  We will hold off paying the consignors for 24 hours but once the consignor is paid you have no recourse and we are just the facilitator of the sale and will not refund you. 
• Do not assume anything, if the item does not say it is working or complete do not assume it is, we sell lots of estate items and we allow the consignors to describe the items.  If you pick up the item and find it is not as described then you do not have to take it, if the item is different then what you assumed it was you now own it anyway and you may wish to consider asking questions before bidding or scheduling a time to preview the item before bidding.
• Check our hours for pickup.  If you can not make it please DO NOT bid, if it’s weather that is causing the pickup problem or some emergency please pay for you items online using paypal or interac email money transfer before 3pm Saturday or you will get late fees.  No matter what the excuse is. (sorry we are very strict with the late fees, it causes us all sorts of extra work and inconvenience when items are not paid for and picked up in a timely manner).
